New Challenges or Halcyon Days

An interesting video which could easily qualify as viral as I've received this from Imim students, Safeer in Lille and Fanny in Canada. It highlights the challenges facing marketeers to connect and engage with customers in today's environment. In this digital age of information overload and multitude of choice, there are those who will relish this challenge whilst others will surely hanker after those halcyon days of limited choice and traditional above the line media.
