At last, some good news amongst all the doom and gloom. Chinese around the world are celebrating the arrival of the year of the OX. According to those who know these things, the OX symbolises prosperity through fortitude and hard work (plenty of that around at the moment). Those born in an OX year bear are seemingly hardworking, reliable, stable characters with a strong code of values and work ethic. They are resolute and fearless. Barack Obama is an 'Ox' so this is a cheering thought given his workload. Other famous 'Oxen' include Jack Nicholson, Margaret Thatcher, Meryl Streep, George Clooney ....... oh and me. Dear Ms.Ox, attention, now all the Chinese students can calculate your age…but don’t worry, you look much younger than that number ^.^
It is also said that people who are ruled by the Ox tend to be dependable (click), bright (click) and rational (click). Although they may seem quiet (mmh…?), when they speak they are eloquent and worth paying attention to (definitely! double click!).
