Joy Division or New Order


As the back slapping subsides, the official photos end and the Fluffies (first ladies who understand fashion) close the wardrobe door, here's a "hot off the press" take on what's coming out of the G20 summit and who are the main winners, from Cyrille Lachèvre of France's Le Figaro.

One of the main winners has been the internet for its use as a communications tool ... and weapon. Protestors have used social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook to organise flashmobbing (impromptu social gatherings). The 24 hour climate camp on the Square Mile was organised on such lines. The Daily Telegraph used their G20 page to provide a rolling twitter ticker and linked it with live blogging to provide a rich take on events when and where they happened.
